NOTTOWAY PLANTATION
Nottoway Plantation was built in 1859 by John Hampden Randolph and is the South’s largest remaining antebellum home. The plantation was converted into a bed and breakfast during the 1980s; however, it fell into disrepair in later years.
In 2007, Nottoway Plantation launched an effort to restore the beautiful location to its original grandeur.
Upgrades to the facility included refinished original wood floors and the conversion of the basement of the Main House into a casual dining restaurant.
The property contains eighteen newly renovated rooms and suites, a gift shop, pool and cabana, and special events restaurant.
Campo coordinated with the Louisiana State Historic Preservation office as well as the National Park Service to complete the state and federal tax credit assessments for this property.
