During Tuesday’s Amarillo City Council meeting, developer with Herring Hotel Partners, Todd Harmon and founder of Campo Architecture, John Campo, presented plans to transform the nearly 100-year-old Herring Hotel into a boutique hotel, with the project estimated to cost around $100 million.
