“16-Story, 250-Room Residence Inn Planned For St. Charles Avenue”

“Businessman Robert “Bobby” Guidry filed plans with the city to build a 250-room Residence Inn in downtown New Orleans at 316 St. Charles Avenue.

The site is currently a vacant lot used for parking, and sits adjacent to the Intercontinental and The Whitney building’s parking garage.”
