Amarillo City Council talks...

John Campo, presented plans to transform the nearly 100-year-old Herring Hotel into a boutique hotel, with the project estimated to cost around $100 million. They aim to reopen the 50-year-vacant hotel within two years as a four-and-a-half-star establishment featuring 226 guest rooms, two restaurants, a pool deck, and a rooftop bar with views of the downtown.
