The former Maryland Hotel, a historic gem built in 1918 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is slated to undergo a grand restoration and become a Tapestry by Hilton. This 8-story classic revival masterpiece features Brick & Terracotta ornamentation, bay windows, and other character-defining elements that we plan to incorporate into the design.  As architects, interior designers, and historic tax credit consultants, we're weaving the building's original design and historic features into a modern-day elegance. This transformative venture will feature 161 rooms, a restaurant, and leased spaces that await to unveil the perfect blend of past and present.
