THE TROUBADOUR BY JOIE DE VIVRE

This seventeen-story historically significant concrete structure stands at the corner of Rampart and Gravier Streets in downtown New Orleans, within walking distance of the Superdome, Champions Square, the French Quarter, and the Central Business District.

Campo Architects converted the existing structure into The Troubadour, a boutique Joie de Vivre Hotel. This adaptive re-use project meets both the strict National  Parks Service Standards for Rehabilitation and the requirements of the Historic District Landmark Commission.

One highlight of the project is the  rooftop bar with breathtaking views of the Central Business District of New Orleans, which draws the expanding New Orleans nightlife to this new local hot spot.
